Ian Kelly  B.Sc.(Hons)  

Ian Kelly  B.Sc.(Hons)  is a Design Architectural Technologist with D.Fallon Consulting Engineers.

Ian holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Architectural Technology, which he received on completion of his studies from Galway – Mayo Institute of Technology in 2017.

Ian’s primary focus is towards the Architectural side of projects, however he has been significantly involved in a number of large scale civil & structural developments as part of DFCE’s multi-disciplinary capability.

Ian has been involved in projects for clients including several Education & Training Board’s, CEIST, Health Service Executive, GAA Clubs, Department of Education & Skills (DoES) alongside other projects for private clients including housing developments, one off builds and extensions.

Ian liaises closely with Clients, Contractors and our own Senior Engineers in advising on choice of materials, details and construction methodologies, as well as environmental and technical requirements.

Ian has particular aptitudes in the areas of domestic construction, Fire Safety, Universal Access and Building Information Modelling.
