About the Project:

Fallon Consulting Engineers (DFCE) are delighted to be acting as Civil & Structural designers on this project which involves the construction of sixteen four-bedroom modern A-rated houses along with twelve apartments which are split between two large apartment blocks. The development is located at Inglenook Wood, Glenamuck Road, Carrickmines, Dublin 18. DFCE are also providing PSDP services on this project.

Our Solution:

DFCE tasks in this project involved:

  • Design of the water supply, foul water & storm water infrastructure within the site. This involved the design of an on-site attenuation system.
  • Design of all substructure & superstructure structural elements, including the foundations, pre-cast concrete flooring, RC design & detailing & roof design.
  • Periodic inspections during the construction stage to ensure compliance with design drawings & applicable Building Regulations.
