Fallon Consulting Engineers (DFCE) are delighted to be acting as Civil, Structural and Architectural designers along with Assigned Certifier on this project which involves the construction of fourteen 4/5-bedroom modern A-rated detached houses. The development is located on Coast Rd, Galway City.

Our Solution:

DFCE tasks on this project involve:

• Assigned Certifier services for the new builds.
• Design of all substructure & superstructure structural elements, including the foundations, pre-cast concrete flooring and roof design.
• Periodic inspections during the construction stage to ensure compliance with design drawings & applicable Building Regulations.
