Seamount College Sports Facility and Associated Works

DFCE was commissioned to act as Designer and Project Managers for works required at Seamount College, Kinvarra.

The works included the construction of a ball wall, grass based playing pitch, fibrillated all weather AstroTurf playing pitch, running track, new car parking spaces, roadworks and another associated site works.

DFCE managed all aspects of the design/planning and tendering process to provide the school with the required facility. The DFCE commission includes;

• Project Management
• Project Supervisor for Design Process
• Civil Design
• Planning Services
• Environmental Reporting
• Completing Conservation Report for the Project

DFCE assisted the client to achieve a design with extremely efficient use of space in a confined and busy site. This project was completed within the time and budget allocated.
